Hobby Progress - Mar 14, 2015

Played in a local tournament today (W/L - 0/3). Had a great time, especially in the last game. Mephiston really came through for me. Manifested his Sanguine Sword ability and killed a dreadnought in close combat. While I didn't win any games, they were fun games.
Blood Angels Company Progress - Models completed
HQs: 1 Captain Karlean (Captain in Terminator Armor), 1 Sanguinary Priest w/ jump pack, Mephiston, Astorath, 1 Librarian in Terminator Armor
Troops: Raphen's Death Company, 1 5-man Tactical Squad, Cassor the Damned (Death Company Dreadnought)
Elites: Terminator Assault Squad, Squad Alphaeus (Terminator Squad), 1 Sanguinary Guard Squad, 1 Squad of Death company
Heavy Support: 1 Vindicator, 1 Stormraven
Dark Eldar Progress:
1 squad of wyches, 1 squad of kabalite warriors, 1 Raider, and Lilith Hesperax.
Currently in Progress: Assembling a 5 man Tactical squad

Hobby Challenge 2015

Since it's a new year, I've decide to put in print what my Hobby Goals are for the year:
1. Assemble and Paint all the models I currently have. These are various Dark Eldar, & Chaos Marines.
2. Build an entire Blood Angels/Flesh Tearers Space Marine Battle Company with vehicles and Death Company. This will be a bit of work considering its 100+ models. Note: I've already finished my first new vehicle, a Stormraven gunship.
3. Assemble and Paint a contemptor dreadnought from Forge World.
4. Photograph all of my work.

Warhammer 40k: I've managed to play 1 game since my last update. The army I played against was Tau. I put together a Space Marine Army where half the army was in a Razorback, a Rhino and a Land Raider Redeemer. The rest of the army arrived via Deep Strike.
Units built and painted: I've built a 2nd Stormtalon gunship, finished my Space wolves, and painted my Sisters of Battle. Today, I finished Ahriman, and painted Inquistor Cortez.
Units in Progress: Dark Eldar Battleforce - 3 reavers and 1 Raider assembled and painted. Still need to added the riders to all the vehicles, along with extra detail pieces.
Dark Elven Army is mostly painted.
Future Projects: Paint & assemble the Chaos Space Marines
Photo project: Demolition project is finished.

Hobby Progress - Sept 7

Here is I'm doing with Warhammer 40k. I've played 2 games since the last update. First games was against Necrons, and the 2nd was against Grey Knights. I lost both games, but I was able to defeat several units in my opponent's army. I like the biomancy psyker powers, and added a Stormtalon gunship to my army.
I've built a Stormtalon gunship, mostly finished a set of Space wolves, and picked up a set of Sisters of Battle. I've stripped the old paint job off the Sisters and I'm planning to repaint their armor green, and cloaks and robes purple to resemble Meltrandi from the 1st Macross series.
From the last update, I've also finished Belial and the Land Raider.
Future Projects: Paint Ahriman and assemble the Chaos Space Marines; Paint elven army from Island of Blood set as Dark Elves, & acquire a Dark Eldar Battle Force.
With my Photo project, I've taken and posted the 2nd set of photos. I'm taking the 3rd set tomorrow.
